Chill Vibez is hosted and curated by Ashley Mari. It began May 19th at Moto-i as a free event open to all. Chill Vibez features a collection of many different musicians, poets, dancers, activists, DJs, and visual artists. Chill Vibez has grown into a movement that pushes to support creative people and help them grow out of a corrupt system that is not built fairly– especially for those people of color. They recently moved out of Moto-i to Amsterdam hall in St. Paul for Chill Vibez VII and are able to push ticket sales. Their eighth event was hosted at Icehouse in Minneapolis. There are many talented people involved and they are excited to continue to grow.
