Doomtree returned home again for their first time since their new album All Hands was released. They had quite the stage presence at the sold out show. With help from Aby Wolf, a local vocalist who is a frequent at Doomtree shows, really made the experience memorable.

Metasota kicked the night off.  Zach Coulter of Solid Gold, and Ryan Olson of Polica performed as their new project, Taggart and Rosewood. This experimental duo fogged up the stage for quite a vibey and mystical performance.

Doomtree came on around 10:45, starting with their newest hit, Grey Duck. They seemed very exited to come back home, and it showed. The fans were throwing up Doomtree and they couldn’t be more hyped on the show. Doomtree treated everyone with tracks from their new album, along with old favorites¬†from other members of the group.

Mike Mictlan performed his new song Clapp’d. It served as homage to the “hands up, don’t shoot” campaign from the Ferguson protests last year.

The crowd chanted “Doomtree Bangarang! Doomtree Bangarag!” after their initial show, as if Doomtree forgot to play a much beloved song. As expected, the crew came back on stage and performed a wicked three song encore, ending with the crowd favorite, Bangarang.
