The Wonder Years played at The Rave in Milwaukee on October 26th, 2014.
Photos and words by Tanner Morris
The Rave in Milwaukee was packed last night. It was my first time at the venue and I was really happy with the place. It’s really a cool spot packed with bars on multiple stories, including the one on the rooftop patio. The building is huge. We drove there from the Twin Cities which was about a five hour drive (Well probably more, but we made it a five hour drive). This show definitely made the ten+ hours of driving well worth it. Somebody buy me gas cards, because I will definitely be making the trip next time a good tour skips Minnesota and plays at this venue (which seems to happen often, check out some photos from the 21 Pilots show that we sent photographer Mariah Crabb to a couple weeks ago. That one was in the Eagles Ballroom, a bigger room located in the same building a floor above The Rave)
There was sweat. There were tears. There was blood. There were bearded merch guys. But most importantly, there was an extremely energetic crowd that made for a fantastic experience. There definitely wasn’t a shortage of moshing, circle pits, throwing down and crowd surfing. And all the bands that played did an awesome job keeping us stoked throughout the night.

Next up was Modern Baseball:
After Modern Baseball, The Story So Far took to the stage:
