The annual “Mosh Around The X-Mas Tree” event was held at The Garage yesterday. The bill featured mostly local bands, but came with two touring acts; Oklahoma Caddy Shack and Main State. This year was a smaller show, but it still was a great one nonetheless. The locals featured on the bill were metal heavy hitters Zealot and At Mourning’s End, following up with the newcomers. Nanashi, a melodic hardcore band featuring ex-Correlations members, and StillBreather, a progressive metal core band featuring members of Rally Cap, and ex-Let//Go members. The show was held at The Garage in Burnsville, MN and was a split-stage show. Some of the bands played the main room, while others tore up the Lounge, the other smaller stage in the venue. Photographer Ryan Pugh was there covering the event. Check out the photo gallery below and let us know what you think! Do you enjoy any of these bands? Who would you want to mosh around your Christmas tree? Let us know on Facebook! Be sure to click on each band’s name, as it will take you to their music. Support your local scene!

Onto the gallery!
