Weekend Run with Zealot – TSLN on The Road
TSLN photographer Trevor Sweeney went on the road with Willmar metal band Zealot on a two day weekend run going through Chicago and to Matter Fest in Converse, Indiana. They were also accompanied with Milwaukee hardcore band Wicked World, as they were on both dates as well.
Before the show, we decided to walk around downtown Chicago and see all that it has to offer.
Day 1 on the weekend was in Chicago at a venue called Jurassic Park. Both Zealot and Wicked World played with a lot of great locals that were on the bill.
Through N Through is a hardcore/punk band from Little Village Chicago, Illinois that brings a lot of energy to their stage presence. Don’t be surprised if they come through the Minnesota area very soon.
Day 2 both Zealot and Wicked World played at Matter Fest in Converse, Indiana. The all day fest featured some of the best local bands around the area including some touring bands such as Ghost Key and Church Tongue.
